You get a written, itemized scope and a fixed price before anything gets torn out — so the number you approve is the number you pay.

No sales rep hand-off. Nancy or Jon walks your house, writes the scope, and is on site while the work happens.

We protect the house you still live in
Dust walls, floor protection, and a swept site at the end of every day. Most of our clients stay put through the whole project.

Finished means finished
We don't disappear at 95%. Punch list gets closed out, and our workmanship warranty follows the work after we go.

Walk the house
We come out, look at the space with you, and talk honestly about what's realistic — including the parts you may not want to hear.

Scope and fixed price
You get a written scope with allowances spelled out, plus a schedule. Nothing starts until you've signed off on both.

Build with one lead on site
Dust walls go up, the same lead runs the job daily, and you get a straight answer any time you ask where things stand.

Walkthrough and warranty
We close out the punch list together, clean the site, and back the workmanship after we've packed up.
